Stores open by appointment

You can make an appointment at one of our stores during the regular opening hours. We can receive one client at a time, and provide 30 minutes per appointment.
Please prepare your purchases beforehand, so we can make the most out of the limited time slot. To book an appointment, click on the button below.

Click & Collect

Make your order via our website and easily pay online. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.

How to collect your order

Pick-up in store

Please await a confirmation e-mail or text message, letting you know your order has been prepared for pick-up. Then click on your personalized link to schedule your appointment (15 minutes).
You can pick up your order in store, taking all security measures into account.

Please note that the preparation of your order can take up to 10 working days.

Home delivery

Can’t make it to our stores? No problem! We offer home delivery all over Belgium, and in some other countries too.

When ordering in-store, please indicate that you want to have your items delivered to your home. When ordering online, you just have to choose for ‘delivery’ when finalizing your purchase.

Follow the safety guidelines, for your and our health

  • In store:
  • – You have 30 minutes per appointment to discuss and finalize your order. Please come prepared to make the most out of the time slot.
  • – In the vicinity of our staff, please wear your face mask and make sure you keep the safe distance of 1.5m. 
  • – Disinfect your hands.
  • In-store pick-up :
  • Make sure you have received a confirmation mail or text message, so your order is ready for pick-up. 
  • – Don’t come to our stores without making an appointment first. 
  • – You have 15 minutes to pick up your goods.
