It was during the in-depth renovation of her new acquisition that Stéphanie was able to exercise all her creativity, making her new interior a place in her image, where personal furniture, playful touches and functional objects blend together.

A graphic designer by profession, Stéphanie lives here with her partner Rik, their three daughters and their two dogs.

“We bought this house just before the first lockdown, which gave us plenty of time to work on it,” she explains. “With the help of Rik’s father, who is an architect, we did almost everything ourselves: from the electrics to the underfloor heating. This allowed me to be physically active while also experiencing great peace of mind thanks to the balance between design and construction.”

And it is precisely this sensitive and thoughtful way of approaching space that is reflected in the choice of Kewlox: much more than simple storage furniture, they are the true foundations of its layout.

"In the living room, our largest Kewlox cabinet is the heart of the home. People often stop to look at the books, objects, and record player. It's truly a piece of furniture that brings people together."

In this interior, color stands out with precision, creating a subtle continuity between the different sequences of space.

"I use color a lot in my workspace. My Kewlox cabinet has two dark doors at the bottom, brightly colored cups on the bottom, a subtle, carefully chosen detail that makes me happy. In other parts of the house, color is also present in unexpected places."

In her work, as in her personal world, Stéphanie draws inspiration from everywhere: architecture, nature, music, or even a simple conversation can spark an idea. "From the moment the first flowers appear in our garden, I take close-up photos of the colors. I then keep them as a reference for later."

But this philosophy doesn't stop at home: it's just as applied in Stéphanie's workshop.

"My workplace requires a good overview. My sources of inspiration are displayed on the Kewlox shelves, while anything that needs to be hidden is neatly stored behind the sliding doors."

"Our kitchen is dark blue and white, and I chose a light purple staircase. It's an unusual combination, but the contrast works beautifully. It makes me happy every day." Whether it's functional storage, an eye-catcher, or a playful touch, Kewlox fits perfectly into Stéphanie's creative world.

"This furniture grows with you. This furniture is flexible, durable, and gives you the freedom to make your home truly personal."
